A perfect way to end the week and prepare yourself for the weekend. Though a series of vinaysa based movements centering on alignment, breath, and awareness, feel yourself let go of the the everyday and cleanse and open your mind for what the rest of the week has in store. The class will start with a segment of smooth, alignment based flow to help shake off the stress of the day, followed by calming, long held poses to loosen the deep muscles of the body in preparation for your weekend. It’s a perfect way to rejuvenate mind and body after a long week!
In this busy Chaotic world it is very important for our day to day happiness and peace that we learn how to control our mind. This is a practical course designed to show us how to apply simple meditation techniques and basic Buddhist psychology in the midst of normal, modern lifestyle. Everyone is welcome; no previous meditation experience is necessary.
