If you only have 25 minutes to practice, this yoga session is to reset and move the body.
Suited for those who are comfortable with a moderately paced practice. Includes Planks, Chaturanga, and Up dogs.
Start the day with a yoga practice and a positive intention. When we are given a day to experience, take it with gratitude. We are not in control of everything but we certainly can show up the best we can.

This is for those who are having pain and discomfort in their wrists or have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. If the pain is intense it is best to get medical attention. This video is not meant to substitute any medical advice. However, I know from my own experience, constant repetitive movements can cause pain. It’s important to warm up joints before starting any activity. Practice other varied movements to bring balance and relief to the body.
