Yoga works through mindful movements and breath work to release the body from held tension. It can bring the individual back into alignment, functional movements, and a sense of wholeness. The key is building a practice. This is where private sessions can be very beneficial in seeing and feeling the progress physically, mentally and emotionally. This is a Solo and in-person only session.
Energy mapping and Vibration sound therapy offered through a singing bowl after a gentle yoga and meditation practice. When we add vibration sound to the practice, we can access deep layers of the body; releasing tension and stagnation. Allowing for more vibrant energy to flow through.
