“Traveling to Sri Lanka with Sandy and Namaste North sangha was an experience like none other to a country I would have never thought to visit or felt was beyond my reach. Sandy’s itinerary and thoughtful planning allowed us to tour the country and diverse landscapes from the mountains to the sea and everything in between. It was a beautiful adventure with experiences that I will forever treasure and friendships that will live in my heart always. ” Cherise.. 2017
“Life changing, mind expanding, nurturing yoga practice, lovely people and scenery, and the most favorful & nutritious food I have ever had..warm water, incredible wildlife, beautiful accommodations. I would love to do it again.” Elizabeth
Sandy’s yoga trip to Sri Lank is magical. There is yoga in beautiful settings (parks, beaches, pool side). There is fantastic flavorful vegetarian meals. There is culture and history ( think Buddhism, colonialism, Asia, old places). There are great travel partners, practitioners and host guides. This is once in a lifetime trip one should make” Randy
